1. Retail Supervisor

Department: Heliopolis Retail Branch              

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage a flawless Retail Operation to sell company products primarily airline tickets and packages coordinating with colleagues of the Outgoing unit.
  • Supervise other counter agents and closely monitor their performance.
  • Provide superior customer service at all times and always make sure that all walk in clients are repeaters and refer more walk in clients to Excel Travel Heliopolis Retail Branch. 
  • Strictly follow Excel Travel Policies & Procedures and promptly process documentation.
  • Drive revenue Growth of Retail Department new Unit
  • Refer to District manager for guidance and support when needed
  • Promote and actively sell all Outgoing Packages prepared by Outgoing Department.
  • Significant expansion of non air business through active promotion of and greater attention to Hotel, Car, Insurance and other 'cross sell' opportunities.

Knowledge & Skills :

  • Aviation experience and knowledge
  • Superior customer service
  • Effective team player
  • Communication skills
  • Leadership skills

Qualifications :

  • B.SC. degree (preferred to be in Tourism or Alsun)
  • Language school is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years experience in contracting department in a travel agency
  • Excellent computer skills (specially Word and Excel)
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Able to work under pressure and Good Information about Egyptian Touristic destination

 

2. Sales & Account Relation Executive

Department: Sales

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prospection and Data mining.
  • Outdoor sales visits.
  • Sales presentation.
  • Contract negotiation.
  • Full implementation of new accounts;
    1. Build up new account profiles.
    2. Collect Traveler profiles for a complete client data base.
    3. Service Platform.
  • Contracts renewal and renegotiations.
  • Outdoor account relation.
  • Cross selling.
  • Internal coordination/communication with Operation.
  • Internal coordination with System Admin for regular MIS delivery.
  • Internal coordination with collection Departments if support is required.
  • Complaint handling.
  • Reporting.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Sales field (Travel experience is an asset).
  • Perfect Written & Verbal English.
  • Power Point, Excel & Word.
  • Good communication & customer service Skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Own a car.

3. Senior Travel Counselor

Department: Business Travel Center - BTC

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that superior customer service is provided at all times and all quality checks are verified prior to travel documents delivery.
  • Very special professional, handling for top executives of the accounts
  • Act as a Consultant to the corporate client.
  • Interact with management at all levels.
  • Ensure implementation of perfect PNR as per the HRG worldwide standards.
  • Ensure implementation of Company profile and Traveler profile
  • Promote & actively sell all outgoing & domestic packages.
  • Ensure distribution of airline news letter to all customers
  • Resolve operational issues, identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, manage customer & supplier relation
  • Awareness of visa requirements
  • Monitor proper cycle of outstanding receivables.
  • Ensure implementation of HRG Egypt policies and regulation.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting / Credit Department to eliminate delay in processing any transaction being air or non air to guarantee prompt delivery for Invoicing. Air 1 working day & Non Air 3 working days.
  • Makes sure that staff read all their airline memos and save it in folders.
  • Ensure that all subordinates strictly follow Excel Travel Policies & Procedures

Skills :

  • Travel industry experience and knowledge, Minimum 8 years.
  • Results driven and customer focused
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and writing.
  • Fluent at hotels reservation (local & international).
  • Comprehensive PC skills.
  • Strong influencing skills.
